My Story
Built by experience. Driven by purpose.
I was born in Iran and raised in the San Fernando Valley, where I attended public schools from elementary through high school. I grew up in a working-class immigrant family. I held jobs through school, navigated systems that were not built with people like me in mind, and learned early on that the world can be a difficult place to navigate when you do not come from privilege.
I am a first-generation college attendee and graduate, earning my undergraduate degree from UCLA. I went on to earn my law degree from The George Washington University Law School. In the nearly nine years since, I have dedicated my career exclusively to plaintiff work — standing beside people who have been hurt or mistreated and fighting to get them what they deserve.
I founded CA Law Group because I wanted to build something different. A firm dedicated to transparency. At CA Law Group, we explain the process clearly and honestly. Here, people who have never hired an attorney feel supported, not intimidated.
I am dedicated to representing people who need a champion. That is not a tagline — it is the reason I do this work every single day.
In Memoriam
Swiny Aziz
My older sister Swiny was the first in our family to pursue a legal education, including the first in our family to graduate from college (UCLA) and the first to attend law school (Southwestern Law School). She walked through the door first — and made it possible for me to follow. This firm, and everything it stands for, is dedicated to her memory. She would have been an extraordinary attorney.
